Refund Policy

Fixed-Price Service Packages

We offer refunds for our fixed-price packages under the following conditions:

  • Full refund available within 5 business days of project start, if no substantial work has begun
  • 70% refund if cancelled within the first quarter of the project timeline
  • 50% refund if cancelled before the project halfway point
  • For modular projects, refunds are calculated based on undelivered modules, minus a 20% administrative fee
Time and Materials Services

For services billed at hourly rates:

  • No refunds for hours already worked and documented
  • 100% refund for unused prepaid hours with 5+ business days notice
  • 90% refund for unused prepaid hours with less than 5 business days notice
Digital Marketing Services
Monthly Services
  • No refunds for the current month once services have started
  • Full refund for any prepaid future months
Campaign-Based Services
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins
  • Unused advertising budget is fully refundable
  • Management fees are prorated based on campaign completion
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit the following in writing:

  • Project or service details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documentation

Refund Process
  • We process approved refunds within 15 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible
  • Bank charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable
Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Approved and delivered custom deliverables
  • Services terminated due to agreement violations
  • Third-party costs or licenses already incurred
  • Services where terms of the agreement have been breached
Dispute Resolution

If there's a dispute regarding refunds, we follow these steps:

  • Attempt to resolve through good-faith negotiations
  • Engage in mediation if necessary
  • Document all communications regarding the dispute
